CHS Refined Fuels Customer Sampling and Analysis Program

Purpose:

The purpose of this program to is to provide Cenex fuel customers with timely and accurate fuel analyses data.  This data will be used by CHS Technical Services, Refined Fuels Product Quality, and the CHS Lab to help resolve a customer’s concern regarding Cenex fuel quality.

Overview:

This new site is being developed to allow Cenex fuel customers to conveniently submit refined fuels sample data, stay updated on the progress of their sample, and consume fuel sample results all in one place.  Currently, this system is only open to individuals with a CHS email address.  Our goal is to make this website available to all Cenex branded customers.

Our expectation for CES’s and those with a CHS email address utilize this website to submit samples and receive results as opposed to submitting a paper form with your sample.  Local cooperative customers who don’t have access currently can still submit samples with the paper form and get results through email until a solution is found to grant them access.

As we enhance the system based on user feedback and the needs of our Cenex refined fuels network, you might notice changes and additions to the site.  Please feel free to visit the contact us section to leave feedback, ask questions, or offer suggestions.

The information below outlines the technical details and laboratory process for the refined fuels sampling program.
